CHRISTOPHER SNOW, President

Chris has been helping commercial property owners since 1993.

Chris has successfully negotiated millions of dollars' worth of tax abatements for commercial and industrial property owners as well as land use change taxes.

As the president of Property Tax Advisors, Chris is responsible for reviewing each clients' properties and their unique situation, meeting with assessing officials on behalf of the clients, and representing them if cases go to hearing at the New Hampshire Board of Tax and Land Appeals.

Chris is passionate about his work and his clients. He is intimately familiar with most of New Hampshire's commercial and industrial properties.

His strengths lie in his in depth knowledge of this states' economic situation, commercial real estate market, and his understanding of the assessment and appeal process. These strengths allow him to best counsel clients and successfully settle property tax abatement cases. He has long term relationships with many of the assessors in New Hampshire and looks forward to discussing your property with them.

TODD KRATT

Todd Kratt started with Property Tax Advisors in 2009, taking on the marketing efforts of the firm while finishing his MBA at Southern New Hampshire University. He has developed his knowledge of real estate during his time at Property Tax Advisors which has given him the opportunity to grow within the company.

Todd tracks and researches all sales & leases of commercial properties throughout New Hampshire as well as manages the company’s property valuation projects. He enjoys soccer – following the English Premier League, traveling, photography, and surfing.

Todd recently obtained his NH Real Estate License.

ELISABETH DENSLEY

Elisabeth Densley started with Property Tax Advisors in early 2011, managing the office and all administrative functions of the firm. She quickly built on her interest for real estate during her time at Property Tax Advisors and has become more involved in the day-to-day business.

Elisabeth oversees the operations of the office, and client management aspects of the company. She enjoys boating, gardening, traveling, and home renovation projects.

Elisabeth is currently studying for her real estate license.
