CHRISTOPHER SNOW

Chris has successfully negotiated millions of dollars worth of tax abatements for commercial and industrial property owners as well as land use change taxes.

As the president of Property Tax Advisors, Chris is responsible for reviewing each client's properties and their unique situation, meeting with assessing officials on behalf of the clients, and representing them if cases go to hearing at the New Hampshire Board of Tax and Land Appeals.

Chris is passionate about his work and his clients. He is intimately familiar with most of New Hampshire's commercial and industrial properties.

CARRIE ROWE

Carrie joined Property Tax Advisors in 2015 taking on all administrative operations and functions of the firm. She is primarily responsible for client management, office correspondence, as well as all A/R and A/P. Carrie comes to Property Tax Advisors with extensive office management and administrative experience for a legal office, construction company, and church. She wears many hats and will take on any task. Carrie enjoys landscaping, sewing, hiking, scrapbooking, watching the Patriots on Sundays, and spending time with her family.
